Shipping Information

Shipping for orders under $150 will be calculated at the checkout. To generate an estimate on shipping costs, add the products to your cart and use the calculate shipping option to see what options are available. Some oversized items may be excluded from shipping, see below for details.

We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $150. Free shipping will be available in the cart for eligible orders. Bulky items are not eligible for free shipping. You will be updated during checkout if your items are not eligible.

We endeavour to process all orders within the next business day, however please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

For orders that cannot be dispatched within 4 business days of the order being placed, the customer has the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order.

Dispatch times may increase during peak periods or sales events.

The following are estimates only for Australia Post delivery speed to metro areas and are in addition to dispatch times:

Standard Mail: 2 to 6 business days + dispatch time
Express Post: 1 to 3 business days + dispatch time

Please note our shipments are not covered in the Express Post Guarantee of next business day delivery.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details for your delivery. Your can track your delivery by entering your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

We take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost during transit. 

All our orders are shipped using Australia Post’s eParcel service. For further information regarding estimated delivery dates please read below the “General Information”.

Orders Over $150
We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $150.
Bulky items are not eligible for free shipping.

Bulky Items
Unfortunately we currently do not allow shipping on all bulky items due to either size or weight. It will however still provide the option to checkout with click and collect only.

Damaged Deliveries
Subject to the Proteam Sports return policy, Proteam Sports will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or orders lost in transit.

Risk & Title in Goods
Subject to payment, property and risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Proteam Sports to be authorised to receive the goods.

General Information
The customer must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered as parcels returned to Proteam Sports as undelivered may incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for original dispatch are not refundable.
Proteam Sports endeavours to process all orders within the next business day however please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
For orders that cannot be dispatched within 4 business days of the Order being placed, the Customer has the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order (in the event lack of availability of particular goods). You will be contacted within the 4 business days by our Customer Service Team.
If Proteam Sports cannot supply all items purchased, you will be contacted by Customer Service and the remainder of the order will be shipped.
Proteam Sports reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot be supply the goods subject to the order. Proteam Sports may also cancel an order in accordance with Afterpay, ZipPay etc.
Proteam Sports will arrange for delivery of the goods by Australia Post. Proteam Sports will best endeavour to deliver the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address within the time periods specified below however we will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any loss suffered or incurred due to delay.
The estimated delivery dates below depends on where the customer lives and is calculated from the time the customer receives the “order shipped” email and not from the time the order was placed. Proteam Sports endeavours to process all orders within the next business day however, on some occassions, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched plus allow additional time for Australia Post delivery.
The following are estimates only for Australia Post delivery speed:
Standard Mail: 3 to 10 business days for metro areas.
Express Post: 1 to 3 business days for metro area. (please note eParcel is not covered in the Express Post Guarantee of next business day delivery)
The customer should allow for a further 3 business days in addition to the above for delivery to remote areas as an estimate only. To calculate a rough guide for the delivery time to your postcode you can use THIS link on Australia Post’s website.
Delays may occur around peak periods such as Christmas and Easter and also public holidays OR may also occur due to COVID-19 restrictions which may not always make it possible to allow delivery within the estimated delivery dates. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons.
