Need to return or exchange an item? We're happy to accept returns for purchases made on our website. Please be sure to read the below information to confirm your eligibility and find out which resolutions are available for your return or exchange.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

• Return within 30 days of purchase
• Exchange for another size or receive store credit (refunds not available)
• Return shipping costs covered by you

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Return within 7 days of purchase
• Choose from an exchange, store credit, or refund
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and ship a replacement at no cost
• Manufacturer warranties may apply beyond 7 days and may require assessment before a claim is processed. Please check any included documentation for details.

⚠️ We recommend using registered post, as Proteam Sports is not responsible for lost items in transit.

To process a return, please ensure:
✅ You have proof of purchase (email receipt or order number).
✅ The product is in new condition with swing tags attached (if applicable).
✅ The return falls within the specified time frame (30 days for change of mind, 7 days for faulty goods).
